My interest in home design started to develop when my husband and I moved into together...and had to merge styles...not that we had a ton of stuff (we were both going on a decade in tiny NYC apartments at that point), but I had to tone down the print and pattern and he had to be open to colors that weren’t grey...otherwise our first place in LA would have probably looked like the Beverly Hills Hotel (sooooo classic)
