Found some incredible sources today at the Rose Bowl (rugs, chairs, side tables 😍) but more importantly, I hung out with my girl. The move has been hard on her and she’s needed me in a really intense way these last couple of months. I don’t totally know what I’m doing but I’m definitely trying, learning and making some progress…and I’m sure going to miss these times where I was her favorite person in the world. That connection I have with her is more precious than words can describe (although my own Mama knows) and I’m here for it, whatever form it takes, wherever it goes…so if you’re noticing my children making more frequent appearances in my posts it’s really the most honest version of me showing up here. They are my world and I share my life and vision in an attempt to connect with others and to learn from them. It’s a 💩show sometimes, but it’s also pretty epic and I’m grateful to be part of the collective experience of being a creator and Mama (also wife-daughter-sister-friend-cook-cleaner-laundress-therapist-spider catcher-butt wiper-lego builder). Here’s to the new week! (and shout out to the Austrians 🇦🇹 in LA, my au pair @lara.greussing and her friend @leonievienna and @southernmimi55 for saving this dress just in case I had a little girl that could wear it someday 🫶🏻)
