Upholstery in color

Vintage · Mid Century LA

One thing I constantly remind clients is that the sofa does not have to be the safe choice. It does not have to be beige and apologetic. It can be sculptural, colorful, low-slung, wildly comfortable, deeply chic, a little unexpected, and still completely livable, and honestly some of the best rooms are built around one strong statement piece with soul, presence, and history instead of ten filler pieces bought in a panic because a room feels empty.
