It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a good before and after; my trusted remodel strategy is to SIMPLIFY which is often hilariously complicated. Here we removed extra doors, windows, carpet (my worst enemy), bulky railings, wall texture and crazy paint and upgraded to @stugastudio flooring throughout, level 4 drywall and @sherwinwilliams “Pure White” …so.much.better. “Before” 📸 by @davidlauerphoto with @mediumplenty , art by @elbowtoe , vintage Moroccan rug and wall hanging.

Morning light at @campaltezza … got some fresh blood involved to help @coreindustries and September is gonna be a transformative month up here in all the ways 🌬🍂🔨🪚🌲… @reformcph kitchen getting installed, bathroom tiled (sorry, RE tiled ugh🤦🏼‍♀️), doors hung, roof and exterior clad in METAL and hopefully furniture moved and maybe even installed! Cross your fingers for us!
