Renovation & Remodeling
5 April 2019
Nearly 8 months after a fire destroyed our home’s second story we are moving out of our rental and back into our basement while the rest of the renovation is completed. As of today our painters are almost finished (yayyyyy smooth white walls!!!), all of our cabinets have been installed minus the fronts, siding is moving along, countertops are ordered and closet build outs are scheduled. Being pregnant and having two babies was less stressful than this project and took less time. To say we are excited to move past this chapter is a massive understatement. 🤪😝😁🤣🤬🤑 First photo was our crazy awesome mid century Newlands rental, second photo is the kitchen view from our carport entry, main entry, upstairs bedrooms and hallway. .
