Original art by Danielle Hutchens

Art · Natural pigments & raw canvas

Art can be one of the most challenging parts of designing a home because it’s so incredibly personal. It doesn’t just need to “work” with a room, it needs to connect with the people who live there.

Her process is deeply connected to the natural world, gathering stones and pigments on hikes, grinding them by hand and mixing them with water and walnut oil to create these incredibly layered, earthy works on raw canvas.
