Throwback to my first visit to @amberinteriors ‘s OG shoppe. My Mlo was 6 months old and I had just told my agent I wasn’t going to take styling gigs any longer. I was so inspired by Amber’s journey and her unique riff on what some might call Modern West Coast Casual. The wheels were turning; could I pivot to home design in order to stay closer to my baby? Since I was now spending all my time at home, the concept of interior design was rapidly exceeding my lifelong interest in fashion. Amber has been super transparent and honest in interviews about how she came to be amberinteriors and without her frankness I might not have been open to a new path of my own.
