Floral wallpaper gives a compact bathroom new character
The power of good paper and intuition…I get asked about “trends” a lot lately and find myself saying the same thing; do what YOU love, make it yours, go with your gut and it will always be right. It’s YOUR home and I’m just your guide … case in point, this complete transformation of a powder room that was already quite lovely … @brandybschultz was ready to go there and the result speaks for itself … absolute magic 🪄💥🔮

Christmas came early this year…finally after months of planning and waiting, beautiful papers got installed the same week at 2 projects! Here’s a look into our #ironicmeetsiconicinbklyn Parlour…some incredible progress photos from @2damncheeky along with our design boards. Interior Design is a waiting game, filled with lots of “hurry up and wait”; it takes a lot of patience, time, resources and flexibility. Eternally grateful and honored to be invited into the lives and homes of my incredible clients; every job is an experience that I treasure…and oh my, it’s just SO PRETTY when you finally get near the finish line!

A bookshelf vignette in Durango
Saturday Shelfie from my @airbnb in Durango…while I don’t usually gravitate toward these shelf materials they have a classic quality to them that works. Styling shelves is one of my favorite things to do particularly for clients; their reaction to their own “stuff” reimagined is always the best 💓 some seriously impressive remodeling here by @brumleyandwells and @thewellsmakery (they completely transformed the space)
A light-filled stairway begins a Durango project
Kicking off an exciting project in Durango this week … the home has great bones, light and flow and we are thrilled to help it’s new owners realize their vision for the space

Several new kid spaces to share soon…but until then here’s one of my faves from our #sobomidcentury project … some of the best vintage globes I’ve ever sourced right here 🙌🏻🌎; 📸 @nataliepigliacampo

Rug sourcing at Round Top
How has it been a year since our epic Round Top sourcing/airstreaming adventure @harpersmithphoto ? Can’t wait to finish this crazy project with y’all 💪🏻…here’s to all the rugs we didn’t buy (and the slippers for the band you did😂)
A graphic powder room for Camp Altezza
Powder rooms can truly be the most fun…they are typically small so you can try materials that could otherwise be overwhelming visually (and financially!)…this one was a total 💩hole with a very small budget … @coreindustries and I transformed it (the third tile installer finally finished the job🤦🏼♀️) with some gorgeous @cletile lots of @sherwinwilliams paint and swapped out the old faucet for my favorite from @deltafaucet and some serious 🧽🪣🧫… @campaltezza is currently rentable via @airbnb and @homestudiolist
