@highpointmarket is coming and I cannot believe itโs been 2 years since we designed this space for @rowefinefurniture โs #myrowedesign project. This was the most incredible experience in all the ways, especially meeting my fellow designers @greyhuntinteriors + @frenchandfrenchinteriors the Rowe Team and the @restylesource team. HPMKT is really the best place to find new product and connect with some of the best in the business. I always get a massive FOMO attack when I donโt go but it makes the other trips super special. Luckily we had an extremely collaborative GC who pushed everyone outside of their comfort zone (those tambour details really stressed out a few of his subs but they made it happen). Big thank you to @designmilk @element75 for featuring this very special project and to our amazing clients @adacolme and Tim for trusting us and giving us 4 days to shoot this summer. (And to @coreindustries who did 143 things to help me pull off this project and shoot)

Autumn foliage, California style
We DO have fall in Los Angeles itโs just a lot more subtle than the East Coast. One of my favorite transitions of the season is Jacaranda; seed pods juxtaposed with their delicate leaves makes for a gorgeous foraged moment. BIG thank you to @sunsetmag for sharing our thoughts and photo last week!
Progress on a Pacific Palisades renovation
Checking on progress at our #palirevival project and the transformation is major! Lots more to do but it already feels completely different๐จโฆthese before and โduringโ photos remind me how much I LOVE renovating and how dramatic the results can be. Seemingly humble materials, like these tiles from @clayimports can turn something thatโs tired into something completely fresh and elevated. Of course, design is meaningless without the right team to execute our vision so big thanx to @guyboulangerconstruction for nailing it๐ช๐ป and @lurchjohnsonphdog for collaborating ๐ค

Camp Altezza, transformed
Still canโt believe how much we transformed @campaltezza and how many folks celebrated her redesign ( @dwellmagazine @coloradohomesmag @homesandgardensofficial @interiordesignmag )โฆ we listed the property in June and received an offer at asking price the first day and now sheโs got a new owner โฆ a final farewell to our Colorado chapter with many incredible memories๐ค๐ซ
Indoor-outdoor living in Southern California

Small changes, a different home
Seemingly small changes make a huge differenceโฆwe refinished the Saltillo, painted the walls and fireplace, replaced the ceiling fans and sconces and removed the reed screen between the beams โฆ enter @bydaniellehutchens paintings, beautiful custom pieces from @rowefinefurniture with assorted planters from @accentdecorinc , wool rug from @enkay.home , lighting from @mymitzi , lamp by @reginaandrewdetroit and @fourhandsfurniture coffee table TOTALLY REFRESHED.

๐บ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฝ๐ฌ๐น๐๐ป๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ. You can design homes to perfection but without that final layer of just the right accessories your spaces (and photos) will feel flat. The little details make the biggest difference and we love setting the stage for all of our projects to be completely livable yet magazine worthy. Kids rooms are by far my favorite and we are now obsessed with @nooma_design โs amazing work ๐ตโช๏ธ๐ตโช๏ธ
A media room becomes an interactive playroom
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ โฆ since our clients donโt own a TV (every ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐โ๐ ๐ท๐ ๐ธ๐ด๐) we were able to take this dark media space and transform it into an incredible playroom for their entire family. We repurposed the existing lower cabinets and added custom shelving, seating and desks, removed the carpet, installed wood, painted everything @sherwinwilliams ๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐ and installed this beautiful modern fixture from @duttonbrown ๐คโค๏ธ๐งก๐๐๐ฉต๐๐๐ฉท. Perfect space for littles that can grow into a maker/homework/reading room when they are older.
