Seeing the options before changing the room
A big part of our process is creating strong visuals that help clients really see their options. Design rarely happens all at once. More often, it unfolds…

Collected color in a Park Slope home
Rain in LA always pulls us back to our decade in New York. This Park Slope, Brooklyn home is one we love, an eclectic mix of calm restraint and intentional color. Every project begins with listening. Every home carries a story. We guide our clients through the options so their spaces evolve into something that feels grounded, personal, and completely theirs. Being invited into someone’s home and life is a privilege we never take lightly. If you’re ready to begin, DM us.

A Topanga Canyon home in House Beautiful
Thank you @housebeautiful for featuring us in your “Most Popular” story and linking back to the full home feature (see stories for details). We love the constraints that come with remodels and this home has certainly been one of the most challenging projects to date.
A Boulder renovation, before and after
Flashback Friday with a walk down memory lane to one of our favorite projects, a collaboration with @mediumplenty in Boulder Colorado. This one was massive with so many plot twists and turns but the moral of the story is when you have the right eye and vision you can transform a home and ultimately get a great return on your investment. Was so grateful for this feature in @ruemagazine and all of the exposure it brought us💗
From media room to creative playroom
One of my favorite spaces we created for our Durango client. No dark media room for them, they wanted an interactive playroom! We kept the lower cabinets on the right and customized upper shelves and built in desks/storage. Insta’s new format is killing me but I’ll share some additional views to stories. Custom lighting by @duttonbrown rug by @nordicknots poufs by @bludot 💙
Making material choices for your own home
Nothing harder than designing your own home. I find ALL the reasons to procrastinate here because as much as I love getting what I want the steps to get there are just as difficult for me as they are for our clients (time, mess, money, people in your space) BUT I’m finalizing designs for 3 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a new flex space and we are really excited about the materiality in particular! Existing colors and materials like travertine, saltillo and teal windows have given rise to some really interesting color palettes and I’m excited to finally install tile from my collaboration with @clayimports alongside stunning terrazzo from @concretecollaborative 🥳 follow along for details and progress!

A five-minute holiday coffee table
Holiday coffee table refresh! This took all of 5 minutes, swapping out the usual items for some holiday specific bits from @accentdecorinc …when I tell you these trees are MAGIC 🪩 I’m not exaggerating! We started with their Elgin tray for contrast with the table and added their Travolta 🕺🏻 trees which bounce light around the room in the prettiest way possible. We added their Malaga candleholders, olive branches, and some vintage ornaments to round out the shapes and colors then layered in stacks of holiday books to encourage evening family reading (this was a huge hit)!
Table styling with Accent Decor
One table two ways…as much as I would love to be the person that makes elaborate plans for table decor, it’s just not reality. Something we consistently…

A-frame transformation in the mountains
Always looking for the ugliest house in the best location…getting that itch again because as soon as life starts to feel almost manageable @coreindustries and I like to mix it up. @campaltezza was one of our best collaborations even though it almost killed us mentally, we loved the results, captured here by @davidlauerphoto
